Setback

When we have setbacks, the tendency of the mind is to feel dejected to feel depressed. But if you take a close look at this setback,  you will see the opportunity to grow, to evolve and to transcend your limitations in a way that you have never done before. The best is on its way…

Undisciplined Mind

An unwholesome mind is dangerous mind. When we set a goal that does not reflect our core values we produce mediocre results.  Failure is a choice that is usually made by someone who has an undisciplined mind. An excuse is a clear sign of an undisciplined mind. Commitment to your life’s purpose requires a disciplined mind.

Process

Learning is a privilege. And knowing how to think is the outcome of learning. The mind is like a muscle, you have got to work it. Each new idea builds another muscle. If you want to make an impact within your family, your community, your country then you must fall in love with the process of your life. Don’t let the pressure of achieving your dreams stop you from living your process. This is your life!

Resilience

Can you experience reality as it is and stay with the “What is?” If the answer is yes, then you will succeed no matter what. On the other hand if you think you lack resilience at this present moment, then I invite you to build capacity for the “what is” in every moment.

Inner Integrity

If one thinks that their assets are what they have in their bank account and the house they own, they have truly devalued themselves. Your inner integrity is the most valuable asset you have. If you can be honest with yourself and take a good look inside, you will see that you can make do with out your assets, but you cannot thrive without inner integrity.
