Over Commit

When you over commit, you will not be able to live your life’s purpose. It takes courage to say no, when you want to say yes to all the opportunities that come along the way. The distraction along the way will not make you happy. Infact they will take you away from living your life’s purpose.

Setback

When we have setbacks, the tendency of the mind is to feel dejected to feel depressed. But if you take a close look at this setback,  you will see the opportunity to grow, to evolve and to transcend your limitations in a way that you have never done before. The best is on its way…

Undisciplined Mind

An unwholesome mind is dangerous mind. When we set a goal that does not reflect our core values we produce mediocre results.  Failure is a choice that is usually made by someone who has an undisciplined mind. An excuse is a clear sign of an undisciplined mind. Commitment to your life’s purpose requires a disciplined mind.

Process

Learning is a privilege. And knowing how to think is the outcome of learning. The mind is like a muscle, you have got to work it. Each new idea builds another muscle. If you want to make an impact within your family, your community, your country then you must fall in love with the process of your life. Don’t let the pressure of achieving your dreams stop you from living your process. This is your life!

Resilience

Can you experience reality as it is and stay with the “What is?” If the answer is yes, then you will succeed no matter what. On the other hand if you think you lack resilience at this present moment, then I invite you to build capacity for the “what is” in every moment.

Inner Integrity

If one thinks that their assets are what they have in their bank account and the house they own, they have truly devalued themselves. Your inner integrity is the most valuable asset you have. If you can be honest with yourself and take a good look inside, you will see that you can make do with out your assets, but you cannot thrive without inner integrity.

Complacency

Complacency is so subtle, it takes humility and awareness to recognize what is truly going on. It gives you a false sense of comfort and well being. If you want to live a purpose filled life and want to have a massive impact in your community, then complacency is not your friend.

Inner Satisfaction

Inner satisfaction is crucial to your success and well-being. Your inner satisfaction will determine how well you live your life on a day-to-day basis.  When you realize that what you have is enough, that’s when the existential angst evaporates and you realize that who you are is here, fully present, experiencing life as it is.

Stillness

Breakthrough transformation usually happens in silence, when the chattering of the mind has stopped. The truth reveals itself when the ego is not involved. It is a process that can be introduced in ones life through meditation, art, yoga and process orientated retreats. Real transformation is life enhancing, nurturing and leads one to living their life’s purpose in a conscious and profound way.

Success Is Not An Act

Our habits and behaviors shape our destiny.  I have been to hell and back and when I look back, I wouldn’t change a thing.  For it is through my experiences I have discovered the power of life transforming habits.
